Acne is one the most common type of skin condition in the world, namely known as whiteheads, blackheads, blemishes. It may seem teenagers are the only prey to it, but some adults could also develop condition for acne.
Although it is just a skin condition and doesn’t have any adverse effect on your health. And in some case, it can also see as good sign. But low self-confidence caused by acnes is not ready to buy this logic I get that. So following are some factors that cause one to have acne.
Using oil-bases products:
In the most reason why acne is cause, is due to excess amount of oil already existing in the skin pores. And using oil-based beauty products will not help in reducing acne.

Humidity and Dirt:
There is no way you can escape out of it. When you go out, you will be exposed to both factors.
Premenstrual and Hormonal changes:
Teenager or not, oil flow in the skin is defined by the hormonal status in your body. Rise up level of testosterone in men and estrogen in women can cause acne problem.
Wearing tight cloths, bands or any other head gear could also case acne.
Like the cause, there are some easy remedies you can try to control it and following are some.
Train yourself to daily wash your face with warn water, gently, with mild face cleanser. Remember not to go harsh while scrubbing you skin. Exfoliation is good, but over-doing it will signal skin pores to produce more oil, which I’m sure you don’t want it.
Keep it Moisturized:
It may sound reverse to what I just mentioned earlier. But keeping a balance in the moisture level in your skin should be you’re bottom-line. Try to shop for moisturizer which is made for oily skin.
Choosing oil-free, dye and chemical free make-up product is always a good choice. But if you have to wear makeup make sure you wash it off at the end of the day.
When you wear hair oil or get and when it gets on your face, it tend to block your skin-pores and excess oil can be a definite reason to from an acne.
KEEP YOUR HAND OFF YOUR FACE:
It not only makes bacteria spread all over the face your hand picked up but it also causes irritation to your inflamed skin. And do we have to remind you, pimple-popping might be fun for some but stop doing it, it cause infection too.
Avoid greasy-glossy junk food and eat healthy fruits and vegetable instead. I know its hard for you avoid that, but it’s for acne-free skin. And by the way, you are allowed to eat chocolate.
It is good for not only skin but overall health. Just remember, don’t wear extra-clothing that could cause you skin irritation. And always remember to take shower after exercise session.
