- Reduce stress– Stress is the reason for many health issues and therefore it is highly recommended to reduce stress and practice some meditation and distract yourself from the stress. Because of stress, the hormones increase the blood sugar levels that contributes to diabetes, therefore one should reduce stress.
- Sleep better – Sleep deprivation contributes to higher levels of insulin in your body after you eat which leads to the risk of diabetes. Therefore good sleep is very important to prevent the risk of diabetes.
