What if we turn blind someday and realizing then waking up is so hard? The thought of even loosing up our vision turns out to be the worst nightmare for us. Imagine the pain of those who are going through this. Basically people who are suffering from blindness and loss of eyesight because at some point they ignored their instinct. There are people who are born blind and for the fact we cannot do anything about it, but probably for the people who are having poor vision or has some eyesight problems can definitely solve the issue on right time by treating it.
Now why does our eyesight usually get affected? There are many causes and reasons to it. Some common causes are when you don’t take proper care of your eyes. - Spinach- Mom always says that greens are good and so does spinach. Many people hate having spinach but they lack the fact that spinach is rich in vitamins that keeps our eyes healthy. In fact, having spinach by any means can be beneficial for our eyesight and will help to fight many disorders related to eyes.
