Help your junior or guide then with your experience, make time for your family and friends at the weekends or time after your work hours. Sure spending extra time on you work place would be beneficial, but making memories and living then would make more sense in the life span. Simply because you’ll eventually get retired from work, but memories will be the same. Think about it!
