In fact it is said the child may suffer from stress right from childhood, there may be many behavioral changes. And this may go on till he grows in to a full form adult. Many studies have said that even before a lady conceives if she is dealing with stress then she may pass it on to her offspring.
Many kids may also have high chances of getting bullied. So this comes as a warning sign to many mothers. This stress later develops into pain. So for all expecting mothers this may come as good and bad news both depending on you plan to handle it. So if you are in the early stages of your pregnancy, the first thing to fight if any kind of stress is to do yoga. Yoga is said to give relief and it also brings a proper mental peace.
Eat right and also do mild exercises. A pregnant lady can very do exercises-what and how should be strictly decided by your health care provider. It is also said that listening to good and soulful music helps dealing with stress. If your workplace is the sole reason for your stress, you are always free to quit or if you do not want that then, learn to handle professional stress at least for the sake of your baby.
